We love Kay Simon...she is warm and friendly and she and her partner Clay make some of our favorite wine! They started Chinook Wines in Yakima Valley in 1983 and now produce a limited amount of highly acclaimed dry wines from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, & Cabernet Franc grapes. We are so pleased to have Kay for the evening.

Join us for a class that gets all your questions answered.  Chris will cook and the fishing folks will talk.  Find out about fishing methods, fish migration, get the inside scoop on the issues surrounding seafood sustainability and the small fishermen that form the backbone of the industry.  Lunch will be composed of some of our guests favorite recipes.
